Space science refers to a broad range of subjects which describes the scientific fields that examine our Universe and are typically excluding any field that deals with our planet or its atmosphere. In the start all of the fields were thought of as being part of astronomy. These days, the more important sub-areas of study in astronomy like astrophysics has increased in length and breadth so much that scientists believe that it would be better of considered as a separate field.
The different fields that are part of space sciences include the following among others:
- Astrophysics,
- Galactic Science,
- Stellar Science,
- Non-Earth Planetary Science,
- Biology with Respect to other Planets,
- Astronautics and Space Travel,
- Space Colonization
- Space Defense
Astronomical methods refers to techniques and methods that are utilized for collecting, assimilating and analyzing information gathered with the help of observations and special equipment developed for the purpose.
The first astronomical method or equipment utilized was the telescope with a focus on the wavelength as well as trying to make the record.
Radio astronomy is an inclusive field that covers radio telescopes; devices which receive as well as record radio waves that are coming from outside our planet. They also record cosmic microwave and what is famously called, background radiation, a direct result of the Big Bang and Pulsars among other sources.
Term papers and research papers in this regards are often too challenging fir students, no matter what level of study. The higher the level, the tougher the assignment is. From high school to doctorate, Space science is an all-encompassing that captivates people around the world. |
